The Catalan company, whose vice presidence is in charge of Carlos Gila Lorenzo, it has reached a business agreement with food company Leche Pascual. This alliance will allow La Seda to increase revenues by 15 million euros.
Specifically the agreement signed set the production of 5000 million packs, at 500 million per year (the agreement is for a decade), consolidating the position of La Seda as manufacturers of PET containers.
The most important point that stands out is the use agreement that the milk group makes of its own facilities, since the production will be made in the complex Leche Pascual owns in Segovia. In this way, it preserves the productivity of that plant, while it would generate new jobs.
